She should, realistically, resemble her cousin just a little bit so this is a good casting in my book. I would kinda hope she goes for a lighter hair color, but it won't bother me if they do a change-up and go with a straight brunette look.

Curious if she'll be a teen or an adult. The actress is 26, but looking at her she could pull of movie/tv-teenager easily.

I was disappointed that Michelle Pfeiffer stayed a blonde to play Catwoman. I think I will be equally as disappointed if Kara Zor-El is a brunette. Especially since Melissa Benoist went
through all the trouble of getting her hair dyed blond. Just seems like laziness on the part of the producers.

Well they do seem to be planning to make Kara “Superwoman”, if the speculation about where that Woman of Tomorrow mini is going is correct. I could see Cir coming back, or being rebooted and reintroduced. If it is her I’m curious to know how she would be introduced, from what I recall Cir was a pretty convoluted character. They’d have to streamline her backstory which is no doubt the backstory they’d use in the comics, if she were to reappear.

Keep in mind that Earth 11 Superwoman also has short hair.

There was a rumor that this Supergirl is a gender bent Clark, which would be kind of wild.

While my instincts say she's probably going to be Kara, and my faithfulness to comic looks hopes she's Cir El, both are drowned out entirely by "lord she's gorgeous!"

Interesting casting, opting for a brunette. Honestly I never understood why she was blonde in the first place but I'm not white so I can't speak on the workings of genetics. All the best to the actress.

This Flash movies seems to be all over the place, and I don't know this actor but hope it goes well. Guess Superman and Supergirl might actually be trading places in the big screen and the small screen. Still weird that Cavill is the only actor that seems to be completely out, no idea why. Even Affleck's back.
