She wears a mini-skirt costume though. Also in her case the dark hair is actually a wig and her natural hair color is blond

Kara? She’s the most likely one they’re going with. Other option is Lara since they’re drawing on the Injustice Lara outfit. The chances of them debuting a Supergirl who is actually Zod and Faora’s daughter are very small.
