Default More Wonder Woman books coming later this year

DC announces 11 surprise new 2021 titles
DC gave a virtual presentation to comic book retailers at this year's annual ComicsPro event, and announced 11 new titles that it plans to publish in 2021.

The upcoming new titles include (as briefly described by DC):

    • Deathstroke Inc.
    • Harley Quinn Animated Series sequel
    • A Wonder Woman 80th Anniversary title
    • Elseworld (1/2 of the new center of the new DC Omniverse)
    • "DC Vampires" (described as a working title)
    • Robin and Batman
    • Joker: A Puzzle Box
    • The Legend of Batman
    • Crush and Lobo
    • Nubia and the Amazons
    • DC Middle Ages

In a follow-up announcement, the publisher said more information will be forthcoming on these projects throughout the year.

I assume the 80th anniversary title will be another one of those anthology one shots they've been doing for everyone else like #750 from last year.

Nubia and Amazons I'm guessing will follow up on the leak about Hippolyta making Nubia the Queen of Themyscira.

Hopefully is ongoing anthology like what they're doing with Batman Urban Legends.

It would be a great place to display more of her family.
DC: Dick Grayson, Wally West, Donna Troy, Yara Flor, Titans

Some of my favorite Mangas: One Piece, Slam Dunk, Fullmetal Alchemist, HunterXHunter, Vinland Saga, Monster, Berserk, Vagabond.
Current reading: Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Spy X Family, Kaiju Nº8, Blue Lock, Dandadan.

I'm down for more Diana anthologies and them acknowledging her anniversary .

I'm fine with a Nubia book with the Amazons but that seems like a weird premise.

Good for WW but I hope that WW 80th is more in the lines of a “Batman Eternal” than another anthology honestly.

The Beat says the 80th anniversary title is an anniversary special.

    That makes the most sense.

Man, that'd be nice. So many of these WW anthologies usually end up polluted with OCs the writers make up or Bat-characters.

This is a rather odd way to bring back Nubia.

Nubia and the Amazons sounds interesting. While I would have liked something more than an anthology, the Wonder Fam hasn't had this many titles in a while (or ever?) So I'm ok with that. Though I'm guessing Nubia and the Amazons might turn out to "just" be a mini-series.

I knew they were planning a book for Nubia. Love being right. From the title I'd guess it'll focus on her role among the Amazons.

I am glad to see DC acknowledging The Amazing Amazon's 80th Anniversary.

I am also glad to see Nubia back and with the Amazons.

I don't think that any other character than Batman at the moment can support a weekly series. And WW, sadly, is way down the list of potential candidates for weekly.

She already has a weekly series, Sensational Wonder Woman.

I do wonder how Nubia's supposed position with the Amazons will relate to the things she dealt with in her Future State story. Not seeing an immediate connection there.

Is Nubia and the Amazons an on-going title or a limited issue run?
