Haven't read the story, but based on a cursory glance at the cover...guess not.
Canonically, in the DCAU, Superman first shows up later in Batman's career - during the TNBA years, when Tim is Robin, Dick is Nightwing, and Batman has the plain black bat symbol. This issue shows Superman as being around during his BTAS phase, with the yellow oval. So on that score alone, it doesn't line up with the established timeline (leaving aside the issue of Superman's hair).
Granted, I haven't read the story. For all we know, it could be set sometime after the World's Finest crossover. Clark grows out his hair for a bit and Bruce goes back to the old suit...wouldn't bet on it though!
