Spiderman (Peter Parker) vs the Joker (Heath Ledger)

So this isn't a real one on one fistfight. More of a situation where the joker has started wreaking havoc upon Manhattan and Spidey is trying to take him down. Both have a few days of prep time. Who would be the victor

Peter would take Joker down extremely quickly. Recent Peter is a high-end super scientist, but even without that, he's used spider sense to track down people all the time. And it's not like Joker can stop him.

Now, if Joker had a specific target that Peter didn't know about in advance, the plan would be pretty likely to succeed. But here, Joker "wreaking havoc" sets him in Pete's sights, and he doesn't want to be there.
