I just recently started watching this cartoon series. I thought it was clearly aimed at much younger kids, but there is some intriguing, well, intrigue that adults can get into.

So far, this seems to take place in the midst of the first Jurassic World movie, with Chris Pratt. The storyline follows a group of teenagers who are invited to be the pilot group of campers on the dinosaur island. But of course when the events of Jurassic World 1 take place (e.g., Indominus Rex), then the teens find themselves on their own in trying to survive.

Lots of interesting personalities. The cohort is multiracial and has three boys and three girls.

Lots of cliffhangers so far, and interesting dinosaur interactions, framed around the events of the film(s).

end of the month? Oh, very cool. Surprisingly very fun to watch, for me. Nothing gory, of course, but age-appropriate 'scares'.

New season is still pretty fun. I guess they've only been on the island for a matter of weeks, but they perceive it to be months.

I just finished the recently released third season and really enjoyed it.

I believe the line of dialogue was that it has been 6 months since the disaster. Six months they've been on that island by themselves!
The Scorpius Rex is a dangerous cross between a raptor and Red with puffer fish venom weapon for good measure.
No one really thought they were going to kill Sammy did they?
I'm not real keen on Kenji going rogue and trying to claim the high ground. To me it shows his naive manner, yes I know he is like 14/15, still.

Curious where S4 will go....it set up a S4. Wonder when we will get an announcement?

I found it entertaining despite it being designed for younger viewers. I'll always be a fan of JP & JW. I need new viewing material between the films.

Trailer for season 4. Given that this season is supposedly going to drop some hints about Dominion, I would be surprised if Biosyn and Isla Sorna-which both appear to be in the film-aren't connected to this, especially with the Spinosaurus around.

Could be. It's interesting-we've seen of course many Dinosaurs and other prehistoric reptiles, some hybrid creatures and of course one Human clone, but nothing from later on unless you count some of the merchandise.


There's some pretty cool post-Mesozoic extinct animals too, apart from the well known Mammoth and Tiger-There used to a Sauropod-size Rhino for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paraceratherium

I'm betting it's Mantah Corps. They've been introduced since season 1, but nothing's come up from them since.

I just finished S4. Has anyone else watched?

This season sees the "Campers" boat escape from Isla Lorna end poorly and they wash up on another island. This island is owned by Mantah Corp and is where they do their own dino research. The story flows well out of what we know from prior seasons of Mantah Corp. Romance finally starts to bloom among two of the characters. We find out it has been 6 months since S1 (aka Jurassic World's opening debacle[movie]) and Darius is able to make an interrupted phone call home that his brother gets. Brother's reaction is "Darius is alive" and it seems this starts what could be a S5 thread. S5 is also likely to pick back up on the Mantah Corp island but we know the Investors are coming to the island so a way off is looming.

Anyone else??

It's a surprisingly great show. The dinosaurs are in fact impressive and the characters are great too.
