How dangerous is a regular Primaris Space Marine(Warhammer)

How powerful and/or dangerous is a "normal" Primaris Battle Brother, with or without his armour, and who is the strongest he can defeat either armoured, or unarmoured?

Well I've never read any fluff with them in it but they're canonically bigger, faster, stronger, and have better reaction time than normal Astartes, they get three new organs, one causes their sinews to strengthen, one is basically a natural combat/regeneration stim, and one is basically a lesser version of the one that makes Primarch and in this case makes them grow taller and improves every other extra organ they have. So basically they're primarch lite

While I might be behind in official lore, there seems to be a general consensus that most primaris are pretty inexperienced in actual combat. Physically, they're better in most ways than standard marines, although that is not to say that the latter cannot kill the former, as Shroud of Night showed.
