Well, any hope that Wells has moved on from his violence for violence’s sake fixation has been dashed. I mean, even the person who wrote the preview recap admits it’s hard to see what the lesson is other than violence.

Peter is crying over possibly losing his mask, and Tombstone doesn't give a stuff and leaves it on.
I'm reminded of the moment in the Spider-Verse movie where Kingpin unmasks Peter just before he kills him, and Peter doesn't hesitate to keep giving him snark.
