These movies focus on how awesome being Spider-Man is, and it really robs the character of the stuff that made him work so well for so long. That sense of loss, of trying to rebuild his life after everything goes wrong. It makes the movies seem... vapid...

Most of FFH was about how Peter being Spider-Man is keeping him from having a normal life and putting his friends in danger.

It's not real. It's a part of a story. And in the story, it's a weapon. Trying to make that distinction just shows you're being argumentative just for the sake of being argumentative.
