Help with Reading Order: DC Year of the Villain

Hello there fellow comic book people.

I have recently been going back through events and re-reading as much as I can. I've read Dark Nights: Metal, which leads into Year of the Villain.

My problem is thus

I can find release/reading order for the first 3 parts of Year of the Villain: The Offer, Dark Gifts & Evil Unleashed. But when I get closer to the end of the series, especially Doom Rising, Hostile Takeover, and The Infected/Hell's Arisen, I find myself finding nothing official when it comes to reading order. I've done my best to cobble together things from random websites like Bleeding Cool, Comic Book Herald, How to Love Comics & Wikipedia, but nothing seems to line up correctly and also leaves me with a huge mess of issues missing, leftover, or just unaccounted for.

So does anyone out there have a complete, correct and ordered list for this event. Something like:

The Offer

Only Infected and Hell Arisen are collected in trades, the rest are story arcs contained in each series.

Example, in Wonder Woman, she's dealing with Cheetah wielding Godkiller sword
In Nightwing, he's dealing with The Court of Owls brainwashing him
In Batman, it's City of Bane

Each of those story arcs runs from The Offer to Doom Rising, but those Year of The Villain names are just banners marking that these events happening at roughly the same time, each titles run their own story arcs.

So while the main story in Justice League is happening, this story is happening in Themyscira, this story is happening in Gotham, and so on.
