    Default Need some advice on my DC continuity

    I'm working on my own DC fan-made continuity. One of my ideas is giving Roy Harper a cousin who is a metahuman. I'm not sure what type of power to give her. She is an intelligence agent who specializes in metahuman cases and I want to give her a power that doesn't overshadow her fighting skills and intellect, basically something that keeps her street level. Anyone got any ideas?
