1. Well, barring any blatantly superhuman depictions of Batman or special gear, Recca should have sufficiently metahuman strength, durability, and speed to make short work of Bruce in an arena setting.
2. Honestly, I don't really know what they would talk about, other than maybe Recca gushing about how cool Batman's ninja schtick is and maybe trading pointers with one another.
