Certain ones, yes. Like Kit Fisto. But generally, Jedi seem to heavily avoid using them underwater.

She brought her own for every episode after the first, IIRC. (She might have even had her waterskin there to give her fresh water...)

There's also a ton of air and ground for Korra to toss around, and she creates her own fire. So I don't know why we're focusing on how much water she has.

Also, couldn't she break Ahsoka's light sabers since she can bend metal?

It's Katara not Korra. Just a Waterbender.

Then yeah, the amount of water available is a big factor.

hence why i didn't really mention it. and against someone as quick and as powerful as ahsoka, she'd need more than a single waterskin to be a challenge for her.

Yead I'd allow Katara to blood bend. I mean Ahsoka can use the force so why not let Katara use blood blending. It all comes down to who is faster in their movements.

but katara can only blood bend under special condition while the force is standard for ahsoka. katara isn't amon, after all.

We know she needed the full moon as a young girl to be able to blood bend, but its not out of the realm of possibility she improved when she was older.
