Question could be a great show. Also Question would be terrifying in life action. Guy with no face way scarier then guy dressed like bat or clown.

I think it's referring to the upcoming Batman movie with Pattinson and the "GCPD"-esque spinoff going to HBO Max. Could be mistaken, though.

But yeah, I'd say the Vic Sage Question for sure. If you wanted to go a bit further outside the box, you could do shows like Katana or Deadshot. Or even an Arkham one that lets you deep-dive on some of the bigger and lesser inmates there.
