what's the most powerful thing(from any medium) that Hiro Nakamura from Heroes can BFR with his powers?

as I finds out Hiro's modus operandi of fighting was BFR his opponents instead of killing them(unless when he's from Season 1's alternate future)

If we're talking full power Hiro, it's less about strength and more "some kind of resistance to being BFR'd across space and time" or otherwise some kind of ability to come back from it. So it's a difficult question.

Certainly there's "be fast enough to splat him before he can do it", but that's not really the person resisting his powers, that's pre-empting him using them, which is not the same thing.
