Came here to say the exact same thing. It was okay in the 90's but lord have mercy it really sucks. I was reading the BND era again and that 3 issue arc he illustrated was just ugly as hell.

If you're referring to Shed, it was more than just the art that made it ugly.

I'm very excited for this. Looks like it'll be a lot of fun - although I do wish we had someone else on art ngl.

I think he also illustrated that arc with Hammerhead, if I'm not mistaken.

I think the general premise is that it's a faster paced more action packed Spider-Man book which basically means there isnt really a premise its just another Spider-man ongoing.

It is interesting that Baron Zemo will be an enemy of Peter. I always considered him a Cap enemy ( only behind Red Skull in his rogues gallery). I wonder if Zemo was the original plan or someone like Otto was the original plan but Spencer and Marvel said no to that? I also wonder if Theresa will be popping up. It seems like a good spot for her?
