Kaku Kaioh can negate damage from being punched by Yujiro with Xiao Li and can shatter massive stone walls with his hits. Yujiro who ignores being struck by lightning and shakes buildings by stomping his foot, perceived his attacks as actually dangerous.
He can also remove people's limbs with a chop.
Shiva doesn't want none of him.
