    That's been happening to me lately here too but I think it's because I've been having issues with my PC ever since some Windows 10 upgrade came across. Since then, my network connection will drop off suddenly and things don't completely load. I even did a restore to hopefully roll back what the upgrade did but no luck. I just hit the refresh until things start to work.
