In YJ episode 3x16 Static referred to himself as the "7th Wheel" when he was at the carnival with Bart, El Dorado, Beast Boy,Perdita, Blue Beetle and Traci Thirteen and spends a whole episode moaning about how he is the only one not in a relationship, and the known couples were Beast boy/Perdita and Blue Beetle /Traci Thirteen so it seemed to suggest that Bart/El Dorado were a couple.
At the start of the epidoe when Bart speed hug everyone it looks like he gave El Dorado a quick kiss on the check before resting his arms on his shoulder.
Weisman confirmed that DC didn't allow him to make Bart gay. But they didn't object making El Dorado gay so that was allowed because he is a minor character who originated from the Super Friends cartoon. Plus this version is so completely different in apperance and personality that he could be even considered a new character.

She was Poison Ivy's girlfriend (when she was still Pamela Isley) in college:

As Beawulf said, she was confirmed as being Pamela's girlfriend in college and has a one-shot that will be out on Nov 16 that explores her past with Ivy
She is shrouded in mystery, her motives a secret, and one cannot help but ask: Who is Bella Garten, a.k.a. the Gardener, really? Green-thumbed storytellers James Tynion IV and Christian Ward dig deep into her past and unearth the secret origin of the latest addition to Batman’s rogues gallery. Learn not only how Bella Garten came to know Pamela Isley, but how she was integral to the origin of the woman who would one day be known to all as Poison Ivy.
I didn't know about this upcoming one-shot, so thanks for posting this info here!
Also, I hope that the bisexual Superman situation opens up opportunities in the sense that DC will be actively promoting not only Harley Quinn & Jon Kent as their premier queer (PR) characters, but they will also be focusing more on other LGBTQ+ characters - the more, the merrier
