I also think the normal main series portrayal should be at being able to move planets with baseline faster than light speed if they're finally able to not go almost full Silver-Age level with superheros like Flash at times and almost Spider-Man level with superheroes like Wonder Woman at times, and if moving stars just in big team efforts or amped, but for an anthology with Golden-Age references it fits quite well and they first need to make the main series version of Wonder Woman remotely impressive again on a consistent basis anyway.

I canon, we need a super climatic story where Diana becomes the savior of everything. Goes Full divine mode, surpassng all the Greek Gods combined, and with her own power creates a brand new universe where everybody finaly finds peace and love. We need that story. In the meantime. As a first step in a new direction, I will be satisfied with seeing current contrinuity WW tanking continent busting attacks and turning massive mountains and asteroids to pieces in one hit. It may not be star level, but it is a start and much better than anything she has done in years.

I thought “We Built A New World” in issue #3 was nearly perfect. The reason I say “nearly” is because I didn’t understand the invisible jet scene. Was Steve supposed to be teaching Diana to fly? If so, where did the jet come from? That was unclear to me.
ETA: This is my favorite issue of WW Black & Gold so far. (Though if I were editing I would have rejected “Do No Harm.” Nice art, but not enough story.)

“You see…the rest of them are soldiers. But [Wonder Woman] is an artist.”
I only support the made of clay origin.
