the Gauntlet in question is about stealing Magical Weapons from a bunch of non-powered characters(that get their special powers from that equipment) and here the characters where Lifty and Shifty will stole the magical toys from:
- Isami Hanaoka, Toshi Tsukikage, and Soshi Yukimi
- Domon Ishijima, Fuko Kirisawa, Tokiya Mikagami, and Kaoru Koganei
- Godam(indonesian Superhero)
- any human Green Lantern(whoever he's Hal Jordan, John Stewart, or Kyle Ranner)
you can suggest more characters here(as long as they use magical weapons but have no innate powers)
Raccoon twins's victims here are (usually) sleeping in this scenario
