It's like they cut the ropes when it comes to trans characters.

I don't think any major comic franchise has good trans representation outside of maybe some indie studios.

Well, X-Men has Darkveil. And the regular Marvel universe has Sera.

I'm very surprised (I know I shouldn't be) that Marvel hasn't at least put a modicum of effort into trans representation for the X-Men, if not the rest of the Marvel Universe.

Exactly, i have such a grudge against Sina Grace but this this is just more evidence that we need more BLACK TRANS writers at marvel. White gay men are only writing for one part of the lgb community.

DC's Pride special features a trans character. Dreamer. It's her comic debut though - she's from the Supergirl TV show.

Don't forget that Marvel had the audacity to banish Sera to the edge of the galaxy so she could never appear in comics again. Fans have been waiting for her return ever since. Terrible move on the company's part.

They also banned gender-fluid Xavin to space limbo... starting to see a trend here.

They did have Snowflake in the pipeline, but that whole New Warriors book now seems like it's not actually happening anymore.

Loki is probably their only actually famous gender fluid character.

Some (including me) also suspected Children of the Atom would be canceled after the long delays, yet here it is. So New Warriors still has a chance to come out aswell.

Yeah but Atom wasnt universally laughed off in the way New Warriors has been, just endlessly kicked down the road.
