if the strikeforce morituri lawsuit is finally settled, I'd like to see that in an anime' inspired adult PG-16 show.
beyond that, I really hope that the Marvel Knights characters get a show.
Most of them would work. Marvel always felt like it skewed a bit older than DC to me. The exceptions are Moon Girl and Power Pack

Inhumans. Their powers should make their stories deep and more mature, and present something worthy of the raw material being used and audience time and attention.

The first ~18 issues of the New Warriors was great, but it went downhill after that. If any adaptation of that property happens, live action or animated, I'd hope they just focus on that specific period.
Otherwise, they're written as parody characters by adults who are trying too hard to emulate youth.
I think X-Force certain arcs especially would work well.....
