    Default Super villains classics.

New too the forum. Got a question about a comic series.

Super villains classics: origin story galactacus. Released in 1983. Issue # 1

Is this the only single issue in this series?

I’ve tried looking around. But literally the only one I can find, is volume/issue # 1. With galactacus

I believe that is the only issue. I could not find any other ones.

Correct. Although, there was an updated version twelve years later (which was a reprint, but with state-of-the-art color separations & pin-ups):

Is it known who drew what in the new parts of that issue? The credits say Ron Wilson, John Byrne and Jack Abel were involved, but don't specify what each of them did.

The cover for the new edition has Steve Epting's signature on it.

The Grand Comics database lists the the source of the reprint pages. Galactus's origin was told in Thor #160, #162, #167, #169. Also pages from Fantastic Four (vol 1) #49 are included

Credited for a pin up page each in the newer reprint are Ron Wilson, John Byrne, Moebius, and Keith Pollard, John Buscema, Ron Lim, Claudio Castellini, and Marshall Rogers. Jack Abel is credited as one of the inkers
