The Tasmanian Devil has eaten a lit bundle of dynamite, survived the subsequent explosion in his stomach, and belched afterwards. So a grenade should be no big deal for him.

I'm doing a reread of all of One Piece and, as coincidence would have it, I just read the chapter wherein Dorry the giant accidentally eats a barrel full of explosives and he gets up in seconds.

I looked and couldn't find a scan of Sue opening her mouth far enough to eat a grenade, let alone a grenade with a force field around it.

On that note, kid Luffy sometime after eating the Gum Gum Fruit might be able to do it, depending on how good his heat tolerance was at that age.

Now that I think about it, Wolverine is pretty low level and should be able to do so in most of his modern depictions.

I actually think he could do it, to be fair.
