    Poignant, emotional and powerful moments in the MU!

    The title states it plain. I'll start!

    Black Widow tries to save a woman (original Infinity Gauntlet) and fails... The top part got cut off but its not needed.

    I don’t care how many times I see this or post it, it always a powerful moment to me when a Mother finds out her child is alive for the 1st time in years and give one of the most loving hugs with tears I have ever seen! ;_;

    I actually find it hard to be emotional about comic book stories for one specific reason. The complete lack of music. For me to be moved, I often need music to set the mood. I have been touched by reading NOVELS in the past, but stories and characters in them are way more fleshed out than in the comic books. So more power to the folks here that let comic book stories touch their hearts!

    Sometimes I just add my own Music to the moments, I get to choose, it is pretty epic and heartwarming Albert1981!

    Good to hear from you, CJStriker! I have heard of Secret Garden before. Aren't they some European instrumental band? This track is really pretty. If they pair it with comic book stories, then I think those moments you talk about could be very poignant indeed.

    I think they are and indeed it is such a great song, either for heartwarming moments or very sad points, it just tugs at your heartstrings.

    Indeed they can indeed be, even after a read long ago I still like to think of music for a panel, just makes it more epic and impactful!

    Man, would I love music married to comic book panels. I absolutely believe you can tell stories through music. Too bad it's an impossibility.

    I am trying to find an online copy of the panel, but seeing Ben, Franklin, and Val sitting on the floor after Johnny Storm sacrificed himself ranks way up on this scale.

    The Kid Who Collects Spider-Man, TASM #248. Surprised I'm the first to bring it up.
