Videl, despite being the weakest sauce of DB fighters, can probably take this just by being too fast and too mobile. She can fly, one-shot superhumanly strong and massive fighters, and blitz people who are pretty quick. She's also very skilled. It might take a while, as Cheatah is pretty tough, but Cheetah suffers from an absolute paucity of good feats in her final/current form.
