Betsy is the character around which the plot revolves and Rogue is the PoV agent through which the plot unfolds. They were close team-mates during the Outback era so her concern for Betsy is not out of place, in the least.

Someone make a spoiler thread asap. I have some thoughts BUT i wanna get your perspectives.
I mean it wasnt bad. I guess I don't really dig how Tini lays out story arcs and individual issues.
