Without prep, I'd say post-crisis Desaad loses, but current Desaad can hold his own against kryptonians I think I read, while still having enough mental juice not to get mindscrewed. That version should win, though man this could take a while. Sinister isn't easy to kill with punchy punchy.

With prep, the guy with an evil planet worth of resources at his disposal ought to take this.
