Round 1: Four Turtles vs J-Team (Jackie, Viper, El Toro and Tohru)

Round 2: Four Turtles with Ninja Tribunal granted powers and weapons vs J-Team with Talismans (Jackie w/rabbit, Viper w/snake, El Toro w/ox and Captain Black w/dragon) and Tohru with magic puffer fish)

Round 3: The above conditions of round 2 but with Splinter, Casey and April joining the Turtles while Jade w/ horse talisman, Uncle and Dark Chi Warrior Hak Foo join the J-Team.

Hard to say with round 1.

Jackie and Tohru are definitely above the Turtles' skill set in a straight fight, but El Toro and Viper are kinda below.

There's a good chance Jackie talks them out before it even starts.

If there is nothing around to be used as improvised weapons, giving it to the turtles, but any improvised weapons in the area, I give the win to the J-team (although Mikey gets a couple of really cool improved weapon moments of his own).

edit: and splinter vs uncle ends up being a go fight where uncle throws insults but loses the match.
