The Effect of X of Swords on Trades of Individual X Titles

I noticed that the trade volumes of X-Men, X-Force, and (X-Men) Marauders all stop at #2.

Meanwhile, an X of Swords trade which, includes, among other things, the next issues of those titles, pops up at an eye popping price of $30 (Which is way too much to charge no matter how many issues are included).

So, here's the question, will Volume 3 of the ongoing X series include the issues that are part of X of Swords, or will they jump over the whole thing and start on the next story arc (I.e. Will X-Men Volume 3 start on issue 12, or will it start on issue 16?)?

No they just skip ahead to the next issues (ex. Marauders by Gerry Duggan Vol.1 Collects #1-6; Vol.2 collects #7-12; Vol.3 collects #16-19)
