A poll is a poll. And a roll is a roll. And if we don't do no polls, we don't eat no ... wait ... no ... that's not it.

Anyway ... 4 more days left on this poll!

And that's a wrap! Thanks all for your input!

    Looks like the top 5 books are: #1. X-Men, #2. S.W.O.R.D., #3. Hellions, #4. & #5. A tie between X-Factor and New Mutants.

I'm always surprised by how poorly the Wolverine solos perform here in polls, yet always seem to sell well.

    Any other surprises?

Thanks for putting the poll together, first of all!

I must say the results are more or less reflective of my own tastes - I love this boards' appreciation for the underdogs but they're definitely not a good representation of what's commercially successful. It's not just the X-boards mind you - if you go to the Batman forum, everyone seems to hate Harley Quinn and only want to read stories about Stephanie Brown or Cassandra Cain LOL

I'd also say I expected a better placement for X-Men Legends given the amount of discussion it has generated on here, and a worse one for Children of the Atom considering only 1 issue has been released.

Excalibur? But you're an old school X kinda guy. Why?

I can't answer for flawedcoil82, but me personally I'm considering getting the trade volume of this ongoing excalibur arc. Tini writing has gotten a lot more concise since XoS ended and I'm actually liking this character over plot approach she currently has going on with excalibur.

    Hellions
    SWORD
    Xfactor
    COTA

Everything else I feel like is popular enough to survive without me going bankrupt.

    DC: Currently figuring that out
    Marvel: Read above
    Image: Killadelphia, Nightmare Blog
Other: The Antagonist, Something is Killing the Children, Avatar: TLAB

X-men - Some good stuff and great artists
Excalibur - Finally picked up story wise after X of swords and love To on art.
X-men Legends - I'm a 90s lover and this is just perfect for me.

Will try out Way of X and X corps but actually looking forward to Hickmans new X-men book hopefully Uncanny with Asrar, and Larraz on X-men with Duggan.

Picking up planet sized of course

    Hellions and X-Factor.

Gave most of the others a fair crack, but they weren't for me. Glad they have their fans though.
