I’m dying to know how the two are working together, guessing maybe Coldcast just wants Manchester dead that badly (I’m assuming he joins Ultra-Humanite’s team in order to target Manchester Black).

Though I believe it was only referred to that on the cover and in issue was just the normal Fortress of Solitude in the Arctic.
