    Not a chance. Hulkbuster, driven by Tony, can land some hits and do some damage, but DD heals too well, his AoE energy pulses ought to be able to damage Hulkbuster just fine, and he should be strong enough to do physical damage as well.

    If Tony has Veronica as backup, maybe he can do something clever like trap DD's arm and fly him into space or something, but that seems like an extremely tiny chance to me.

    Yeah, Hulkbuster doesn't have any options that are particularly threatening to DD. At best, he charges DD up.
