Franky has like situational super speed, I guess? He can build elaborate things impossibly fast though this doesn't seem to really translate to his combat performance.

Tony has flight. I assume he gets Bleeding Edge for this match up? It kind of feels like this is his game to lose as long as he maintains distance.

I don't recall what little of ATT I saw back in the day so I can't really comment on Cyborg. Sonic cannon... umm... some level of super strength... I don't know.
