Fight 1: I don't know that Steppy can beat any of them - maybe Proxima. Maw trivially owns Steppy, Cull will win a slugfest, Corvus is much more skilled and has a spear that cuts Vision. Only Proxima lacks the feats to win.

Fight 2: Maw solos before the others can do anything.

Fight 3: Maw solos before the others can do anything.

When did Maw use his TK to stop Thor?

I think they were only ever in one scene together and I don't remember Maw doing anything to Thor there.

He does bind Thor, but Thor was already pretty beat up, and we never see how he got that way.

He bound thor with various metals and thor couldnt do anything about it. Admittedly thor was beaten up abit, but still, it’s not like he was unconscious

Cull did get punked (twice) by spiderman. But he did manage to hold his own against hulk buster( by an inexpenrienced pilot ) and managed to rush an bleeding edge iron man and put him on the defensive. He does wel against brick types.

Corvus had a blade that pierces vibranium. Sw will get cut like butter. But im sure he wouldnt enjoy an axe to the face either. Can go either way i think. Most likely more in sw his favor.
