Hal, Ollie, and Dinah (and Barry) are hard to split up, so I had to sacrifice them.
In my head (maybe inspired by the front and back of my Alex Ross coffee table book) you can split the JL into two. The pantheon of 7-8, and then the "reserve" team made up of satellite members. Green Arrow, Black Canary, Hawkman/Hawkgirl, the Atom, Zatanna, Elongated Man, maybe even Captain Marvel and Black Lightning. I'd love to see them get their own movie. The personality dynamics are and could be just as rich (arguably richer) than the ones in the core JL.
