    Jubilee got her powers back in 2018, I believe.

    It was in the more recent volume of Generation X. Monet had been possessed by Emplate, and she was attacking the school. Jubilee attacked her, and the possessed Monet ripped the necklace that protected Jubilee from the sun off of her neck, and threw her through a window.

    In an effort to save her, Quentin used the shard of the Phoenix force on Jubilee, removing her vampirism and restoring her mutant fireworks.
