    Agreed. They have had my favorite books for the last few years. I would add Gerry Duggan. His Uncanny Avengers and Savage Avengers were/are great, his Marauders and Cable are okay.

    Jonathan Hickman, Al Ewing, Chip Zdarsky and Si Spurrier got the torch in this generation, so check them out.

    Al Ewing (Not a fan of his Guardian of the galaxy, but all his other marvel projects are very good)
    Zdarsky
    Zeb Wells (for Hellions)
    Jed Mackay (Not a star writer for the moment, but very promising)

    5 years ago I would have added Jason Aaron, but he is not the writer he was.

    Agreed, he did a good job picking up from Duggan on Uncanny Avengers, but his run only lasted seven issues because it was just to take it up to No Surrender. And then he did a good run on Champions.
