Al Ewing and Chip Zdarsky

Agreed. They have had my favorite books for the last few years. I would add Gerry Duggan. His Uncanny Avengers and Savage Avengers were/are great, his Marauders and Cable are okay.

I wish Jim Zub could get an Avengers or Defenders ongoing. I really like the books he's done.

I wish Jim Zub could get an Avengers or Defenders ongoing. I really like the books he's done.

Agreed, he did a good job picking up from Duggan on Uncanny Avengers, but his run only lasted seven issues because it was just to take it up to No Surrender. And then he did a good run on Champions.
