Hi, Guys! Has there been an ABSOLUTE LEGENDS before collecting the mini and a few of the spinoffs?

Well, no absolute, only a 30th editon with the mini-serie.
As for the Spin-off, meaning "Suicide Squad by John Ostender" and "Justice League International by Griffin & DeMatteis" are all collected.
