I’ve heard hits getting a huge omnibus and has won awards. What are your thoughts? Seems like an odd crossover

It's excellent.
Batman/TMNT is like an introduction.
Batman/TMNT II is like a sequel.
Batman/TMNT III is almost an independant story.
To me it's one of the rare fun Batman comics of these last years.
James Tynion IV is very because he can manage a serious title with Detective Comics, and an much lighter title with Batman/TMNT.
And Beebop & Rocksteady pumped up to Bane's venom has no price.
Run for it, it's much better than the main title in my opinion.
Probably my favorite Tynion Batman series, it’s just genuinely fun with Batman and the batfamily teaming up with the Turtles and Splinter. It’s also one of my favorite dc animated movies.
"It's fun and it's cool, so that's all that matters. It's what comics are for, Duh."
Words to live by.
Enjoyed the comic. Absolutely loved the animated film (except the ending)
Comics (don't care for amalgam, so not included in this) were good. Animated film was complete fun.
I haven't gotten a chance to read the comics yet but if they're anything like the movie then I'm gonna love them lol
I - III were all great, worth the read.
Pulls: Batman, Detective Comics, SiKtC, Catwoman, Nightwing, Titans, Godzilla, Wonder Woman, Batman & Robin, Brave and the Bold, No/One, Kill your Darlings, and Deviant.
My runs: Batman #230-, and Detective #420-
Batman/TMNT Adventures by Matthew Manning and Jon Sommariva was by far my favorite of the comics projects.
Like someone said above, the animated movie was glorious.
I think it is very good. One of the best crossovers I've read in years. The properties work well together without one overpowering the other. I like it.
"So you've come to the end now alive but dead inside."
Am I the only one who got turned off by the art?
