As a rare Batman fan around here who couldn't give a mouse's rear end about any of the Robins, let me tell you I've learned not to underestimate the sheer ferocity and urgent push of the Dickers (my made up on the spot nickname for Dick Grayson's fanbase).

During the Dixon run on Nightwing, the editor in the letters page would refer to fans writing in as "Wingnuts" and it's been my favorite name for us since.

Can’t say I’m unhappy to see Seeley back at DC though, I may even end up picking it up when it’s collected if I hear it’s great. Lot of unknown names on those pitches, guessing DC’s influx of new blood isn’t slowing anytime soon. Definitely want to see Lanzing and Kelly do that S&L pitch in some form someday.

Thoughts:

- The Kyle and Kilowog team-up no one expected! And it's nice to see DC giving Sina Grace work.

- I love that Zatanna art! The classic look! Those hips .

- Is that Buddy's daughter?

- So looks like we're counting Steph with the Robins (sorry Duke).

- Blue Beetle vs Jesse is going to be tough. Jesse wearing pants though...

- The Superman and Lois pitch looks cute.

- Is that...Zachary Zatara with Harley? And El Dorado?

Go dig up the writer see if he’s done anything you liked before making a choice. Just know that I forgive you if you commit heresy and vote for SS over S&L since there’s no f****** way anything but Robins is going to win

Half of these are getting harder. I like most of the art so it depends on writer and I'm not familiar with most of them.

I like what Stephanie Phillips is doing with Harley though, so I'm more inclined to go with Jesse Quick now. Also Jaime's story seems like an ending slash new beginning of an ongoing, while Jesse I know nothing about, she hasn't appeared in a long time I think, so it's more likely to be new reader friendly comeback story.

The only thing that worries me is El Dorado might not make it out alive.
