    https://twitter.com/DCComics/status/1377289824541888521

Your Complete Guide to DC's 2021 Round Robin Brackets

    • Superman & Lois: Ignition - Our solar system is a machine—and its purpose is to trap and kill Superman! The sun is darkening, Mars’s orbit is changing, and a mysterious citadel in Jupiter’s Great Red Eye has awoken; it is time for Kal-El to stand against the very end of his world. But he won’t be doing it alone: Lois Lane is suited up and blasting off to get the biggest story in human history…and to watch Clark’s back as he faces his greatest challenge yet. Facing ancient aliens and planet-sized machines, trickster asteroids and the gigakrakens of Neptune, Superman and Lois will fight across all nine planets to prevent Earth’s dark destiny and save our future!

I'm going to vote for Superman & Lois, and the rest of their bracket looks like they'll walk away with it, but Jimmy Olsen and the Super Pets impersonating the Justice League is going to be tough competition.

...the f***? What a weird way to go about this, at first I thought it was an early April’s Fool joke. What the hell, I voted for S&L since that sounded awesome, Jimmy Olsen, Zatanna, Swamp Thing, and Blue Beetle.

Can we fill out a bracket to predict the winners? I'm guessing effin' Harley and the Suicide Squad are going to win this.

Lobo anything is going to be tough competition. So will anything Harley. But Jimmy and the Super-pets? Come on! They have to do that one regardless of who wins!

Going to cry if this was a Fraction written sequel to his Jimmy Olsen. Why can’t we get all of these instead of another Batbook?

I'd be pretty surprised if we dont end up seeing many of these show up in some form as digital firsts. Particularly if this is a tie in to the Supeman & Lois show as the title suggests.

I don’t think it’s a tie-in in the sense of taking place in the same continuity (although I don’t know for sure). Moreso it feels like them attempting to take advantage of the popularity of the show with a book that has the same title. God the pitch sounds amazing but I do wish DC would tel us who the creatives are.

Asteria pulled ahead! Shame if S&L doesn’t make it to round 2 (I still think it will once the Instagram & DCU Votes are included), because I want to know who the creative team for this pitch would be.

I'd be okay if it was Diana, but who is Asteria?

This sounded like it could've been a great Superman book.

Superman & Lois crushed Asteria on Instagram

DC’s Instagram typically gets more activity than their Twitter (11 million followers on Instagram vs 3 million on Twitter) so right now I think S&L won the first round. We’ll find out for sure on Mon but I’m expecting it to have passed the first round based on getting more total votes across both social media forums.

Robins is going to win this but I’d still like to know who pitched this and what the prospective creative team would be.

Movie synergy can only get you so far.
