Yeah, the number of votes this round on twitter fell off without the Robin/JLQ pushes for both. So it'll be interesting to see if that holds up.

Oh great now I'm mad this legitimately awesome sounding pitch wasn't approved. I'm more interested in what Superman & Lois Ignition has to offer than any of the current Superman announcements recently, but of course DC put it in a popularity contest against Harley Quinn and a Bat book. This pitch is a textbook All Star Superman style story, and the fact we may not see this story get published is a disserve to the creators' hard work.

Strange how much society glorifies a woman who decided to stop helping people so she could help herself as a criminal. But I guess that aligns more with human behavior and thus explains why they're drawn to characters like Harley and the Joker. That's part of the reason why I'm personally fine with Superman being seen as unrelateable. His behavior should be at least a little foreign to the basic nature of the human race.

Sometimes I legitimately wish DC would lose control of the Superman IP. They obviously have no idea what to do with Big Blue & co. There is little doubt in my mind that the Superman IP would be better off in different hands.

Man, I was only voting for this to give the bird to the Robin Boy Band and the Hot Topic Squad but now I'm disappointed 'cause I definitely would have read this.
