Victor Stone got a significant upgrade in Zack Snyder's Justice League. So much so that I think he may be a worthy challenger to his Marvelous competitor Tony Stark.
Tony gets all his feats from Iron Man 1 thru Endgame (MINUS the Infinity Guantlet). Vic gets all feats thru ZSJL.
1. Standard Rumbles Settings.
2. Hack-off. Both have same prep time, and try to override the others technological abilities.

In standard Rumbles settings, Tony will take Victor down before Victor can hack Tony's stuff, given how good Tony's stuff is.
