How long is too long to wait for an order from Cheapgraphicnovels?

I've got an order that's been sitting there for two months now. I know Covid is slowing things down, but two months is a bit much I think.

I order from instocktrades and while they’ve been taking their time because of Covid, I’ve had no orders take over a month.

I've got two from February I'm waiting on. Not worried yet at all. They're a small operation (in terms of number of employees) and weather + shipping issues have them massively backed up.

email them and politely ask for the status. Most likely they had to order 1 or more books from another distributor and they are probably waiting on that book (or books) before they can ship the order out. But it can't hurt to ask. They actually respond to emails in a relatively timely fashion, unlike that other place (which shall go unnamed)

I just had both orders from early and late February ship. I imagine, if yours isn't already on the way, it will be soon

It's a crap-shoot.
I've had orders get to me within a week of making the order, and have also had them take more than a month.
And these were for items in-stock at time of order.
