I don't know if "El Diablo" really belongs here.

First off, "El" is Spanish for "The". ("The Devil" in this case.)

Secondly, haven't there been at least three different characters who have used that name?

What about characters like the Electrocutioner? Endless Winter (from JSA Classified)? Exoristos (from Demon Knights)? Extant?

And why no "Elastic Lad"?!?

Etrigan - he's got a weird, interesting look and style. Fire breathing rhyming demon who dresses like he's visiting a Renaissance Fair. That's just amusing on every level.

This is a tough one. My shortlist would be Elongated Man, Elasti-Girl and Etrigan. If I have to chose, though, I would have to go with Rita, because she's pretty damn sexy.
