I don't know if "El Diablo" really belongs here.
First off, "El" is Spanish for "The". ("The Devil" in this case.)
Secondly, haven't there been at least three different characters who have used that name?
What about characters like the Electrocutioner? Endless Winter (from JSA Classified)? Exoristos (from Demon Knights)? Extant?
And why no "Elastic Lad"?!?

I voted Emerald Empress from that list, but I've also always liked Evil Star. (I feel there should be more "Evil ___" characters... "Evillo?") Speaking of the Legion, Element Lad should be mentioned as well.

Elongated Man, obviously, because he's been my favourite comic book character for most of my life. But realistically, given all of these characters have other names they can go by, none of them has to worry about the big E.
