In comes Jason Todd and either "wins" Roman's underlings over, or wipes them out. A one man wrecking crew. Black Mask couldn't even slow him down, much less stop Jason from wiping out his operations and power.

Not true, Batman can’t find him on any database on earth, I doubt Fisk can find him, and reading Joker War recently, he stole Batman’s money, caused city wide chaos, escaped at the end, he also beat the designer who was gunning for Gotham’s rogues playing everyone.

I think Kingpin would have more then enough to deal with with the Joker

Either hire somebody to do so or just let Batman do it. Once he’s captured and turned over to the authorities, the rest is child’s play.

He can definitely become boss of Gotham no problem but not for long nobody stays at the top in that city for long.

it was more that he couldn't find out who the joker was before he took the dip in the chemicals. honestly, with who joker runs with, it wouldn't be hard to find out his current hide-out if fisk asks around.

Plot armour’s irrelevant in this case. It’s just that, with very specific exceptions, most of the criminal community in Gotham are probably going to prefer to work for a guy who is even-handed with his operatives and who has a decent (if undocumented) benefits package if compared to an erratic, insane boss who is likely to kill you on a whim.

All the same, he is a poor man's Luthor. Once Batman gets involved, he's done for.

Batman generally has to work for it to find Joker, and even then it's generally after Joker has spent some undeterminable amount of time setting up some sort of horribly dangerous plot and anounced it specifically to get Bat-sempai to notice him. The guy is basically a Batman-level planner who has chided R'as Al Ghul for his impatience.

Honestly, he and Joker probably mostly ignore once another unless Fisk gets close to killing Batman or Joker inadvertently messes with one of Fisk's plots. The aforementioned R'as Al Ghul might be a more direct threat to Kingpin.
