Far be it from me to defend the Joker but this is also in context of Cheetah and Luthor breaking into the Fortress and Bat-Cave, so unlike most instances involving Batman writers jobbing out other DC characters because of their insecurities like Injustice there's actually a fair trade off here.

Plus he's fighting her in his underwear...it's just a silly but fun episode (that honestly did something more creative with the Trinity's arch nemesis's then the comics ever did...)

But that issue of Swamp Thing has Poison Ivy in it so it's of interest here, and Batman is a member of the Justice League. Threads like these are less about branding and properties and more about keeping informed about where your favorite characters are appearing.

Jason todd killing the black batman would not be a good look

Red Hood doesnt care which race you are. The black guy is a thief, a killer, a criminal. He should be brought to justice. But to Red Hood, justice by the laws isnt enough for this black guy.

I hope that Red Hood would be willing enough to kill off other Batfam members but i think that would be too much for him. He is not that heartless. Witnessing their humiliation would be suffice enough to me.
